Alfajores de Maicena

A little taste of Argentina.

Delicate, melt-in-your-mouth cornstarch cookies filled generously with dulce de leche and finished with shredded coconut around the edges.

A classic Argentine favorite, handmade in small batches right here in Gainesville.
